1. Acceptance of terms

By using yumaguardianroofing.com (the "Site"), calling our tracked phone number, or submitting our quote form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility — 18 and older

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, request a quote, or opt in to receive calls or texts from us. By submitting a request, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3. What this Site is — a referral service, not a roofing contractor

Yuma Guardian Roofing is an independent publisher, not a roofing contractor. We connect Yuma-area homeowners with independent, third-party roofing companies. We don't perform roofing work ourselves — verify any company's license and insurance directly before hiring.

Yuma Guardian Roofing does not perform roofing work, provide estimates, or employ roofers. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty, or work performed is between you and the independent roofing company you're connected with — not Yuma Guardian Roofing. Independent roofing companies may pay Yuma Guardian Roofing for the customer inquiries we connect them with; that relationship does not change the price you're quoted.

Consent to be contacted is specific to Yuma Guardian Roofing and the independent roofing company (or companies) named or matched to your request at the time you submit it. If your request is later referred to a different provider, that provider will obtain its own consent before sending you automated marketing calls or texts.

4. SMS messaging program terms

Program description. If you opt in on our quote form, Yuma Guardian Roofing and the independent roofing company matched to your request may send you SMS text messages related to your roofing quote request — including confirming receipt of your request, scheduling, and following up on your project. This is a transactional messaging program; we do not send unrelated promotional or marketing texts under this program.

Opt-in. You opt in by checking the consent checkbox on our quote form. Checking the box is never required to submit the form or request a quote.

They are not a quote, bid, or guarantee of price, and actual costs from any roofing company may vary. This Site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Yuma Guardian Roofing does not guarantee the quality, licensing status, insurance, workmanship, or availability of any roofing company you're connected with — always verify a company's license directly at the ROC Contractor Search before hiring. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuma Guardian Roofing is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from work performed, estimates given, or agreements made between you and any roofing company, or from any delay, error, or interruption in this Site or its messaging or call services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
