1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Yuma Guardian Roofing ("Yuma Guardian Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit yumaguardianroofing.com or contact us by phone, text, or our quote form. Yuma Guardian Roofing is an independent publisher and referral service that connects Yuma, AZ-area homeowners and businesses with independent, third-party roofing companies — we are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work.

2. Information we collect

When you use our quote form, call our tracked phone number, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

• Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code.
• Project information you provide, such as a description of your roofing situation (for example, "aging roof," "leak," or "storm damage").
• Call information when you call our tracked phone number, including the call itself and, where recording is enabled and disclosed, an audio recording of the call (see Section 6, Call Recording).
• Usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address (see Section 3, Cookies & Tracking).
• SMS opt-in data if you check the consent box on our quote form, including your phone number and the fact and timestamp of your consent (see Section 4, SMS & Text Messaging).

We do not knowingly collect government identification numbers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial account information through this site.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies — including Google Analytics (GA4), when configured — to understand how visitors use this site, measure which pages and calls to action perform well, and improve the site over time. These technologies may collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and device/browser type. This information is generally aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. Cloudflare may also load its Web Analytics script, which measures page views and loading speed without using cookies. Cloudflare processes that data under its own privacy policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies; doing so may affect how some parts of this site function. This site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no common industry standard for responding to them has been adopted.

4. SMS & text messaging opt-in data

If you check the consent checkbox on our quote form, you agree that the independent roofing company matched to your request and Yuma Guardian Roofing may contact you by call or text, including by autodialer, about your request. Checking this box is never required to submit the form.

When you opt in, we collect and store: your phone number, the exact consent language displayed at the time you opted in, and the date and time of your consent. This information is used solely to fulfill your quote request — to contact you about the roofing help you asked for — and for our own compliance records showing that consent was properly obtained.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose other than fulfilling your request, as described in Section 5 below. 5. How we share your information

Yuma Guardian Roofing is a referral service — fulfilling your request necessarily means sharing some of your information with the independent roofing company we match you with. Here is exactly how that works:

• Fulfillment only. Your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and project details are shared only with the specific independent roofing company (or companies) needed to fulfill your quote request — never with a broader list of contractors, a lead marketplace, or a data broker.
• Never sold, never shared for marketing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your contact information or SMS opt-in data with any third party for that third party's own independent marketing purposes.
• Service providers. We may share information with vendors who help us operate this site and process leads on our behalf — for example, our call-tracking and customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel) and, if enabled, analytics providers (Google Analytics). These vendors are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Yuma Guardian Roofing, our users, or others.

6. Call recording

Arizona is a one-party consent state for call recording, meaning a call may generally be recorded as long as one party to the call (including Yuma Guardian Roofing) consents. As a matter of practice, Yuma Guardian Roofing discloses call recording up front — calls to our tracked number may include a short recorded message stating that the call may be recorded for quality purposes before the call connects. Call recordings, where made, are used for quality and training purposes and are handled under the same security and sharing practices described in this policy.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and storing lead and contact data in access-controlled third-party platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

8. Your rights and choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us directly.
• Ask what we have — you can request a summary of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete it — you can request that we delete your contact information from our records, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations.
• Ask us to correct it — if any information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it.

9. Children's privacy

This site and our services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
